All returns require an RA number. Please email info@charlieandchase.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will be able to assist.

It remains at the discretion of CHARLIE&CHASE whether the item will be accepted for refund based on quality control. Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

All of the above options are available but please be aware.

All returns must have an International Tracking Number.

No cost of postage can be covered for International Orders.

CHARLIE&CHASE is not responsible for any items lost in transit, and cancelled orders of shipped items due to refusal of acceptance on incoming tax charges will only be refunded the full price of the product. This does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase.
