All returns require an RA number. Please email info@charlieandchase.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will be able to assist.

It remains at the discretion of CHARLIE&CHASE whether the item will be accepted for refund based on quality control. Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for refund.
